Food was an hour late. I had to phone them and only then did they explain they had a problem with their system that stopped them receiving orders. Starter was poor, tasted like it was made at least a day before and reheated, one of the worst pakora I've ever had. The main (dhansak) was very average, not enjoyable at all. Not much flavour, far too thick. Worst dhanksak I've had.

Too wait 1.5hrs is way too long..also tried more than once to call there 2 phone numbers. One keeps ringing and the other says to busy!!@ were quick enough taking my money. I doubt I will order again. Maybe it was a mistake to order on there website Maybe more reliable on just eat..but it has put me off ordering again

They did not deliver all the food ordered

Disgusting service, took order, took payment, didn't deliver. Phoned to complain and was hung up on, phoned back and they wouldn't answer. THIEVES, avoid avoid avoid.

I've ordered from Noor many times in the past, but won't be doing so again after this experience unfortunately. Placed an order with expected delivery time of 50 minutes. Phoned after 1h 15m to check what was happening and was told that my order would be picked up by the driver in 5 minutes. After 2h tried repeatedly phoning again, but phone was never answered. Assumed delivery wouldn't be arriving so made other arrangements. Food eventually turned up, cold, over 2h 30m after initial order, and as I'd arranged for other food by then anyway, returned order and asked for a refund. Never received a refund, nor a response to me following up about it. It's a shame after being a regular customer for years, but I won't be ordering from Noor again. If I'd have been refunded I would have been prepared to just put it down to a bad night and consider ordering again, but as it is I'll have to look elsewhere in future.

Very enjoyable meal!

Nan breads were over cooked and hard, honey chilli chips were soggy with a bit of drizzled honey over them, korma and North Indian curry were bland. Tikka was OK. Food was sitting ready for a while before being given to us. Wouldn’t recommend as didn’t feel like freshly cooked Indian food.

We did not receive our naan breads. Customer service shocking. No refund received.

Chicken tikka was spicy, food was cold.

Waited 1hr 15 mins, called and was told they decided to cancel the order. Only explanation was they didn’t deliver to our postcode area. Not true, had several deliveries from Noor in the past. No email or call to say order cancelled. Shocking service.

I ordered food at 7:50 PM. Payment went through and food was supposed to be deliver at 8:50 PM. Waited till 11PM. Called the restaurant more than 20 times. No reply no one answered the call. Went to bed with making dinner myself after paying £35 for something which never came and no support from the restaurant. Shocking and very disappointing. Will never order from here again.

Beautiful food

This used to be my favourite Indian takeaway but it seems like it may have changed in the last couple of years. It is quite some time since we last ordered but the curry and nann were very different to how they used to be and the recipes have clearly changed. We live a 15min drive away from the restaurant and our food arrived in 20min so clearly not freshly made. Unfortunately we did not enjoy the new recipes

Ordered online then phoned as issue with payment and was reassured by Gary that should payment go through twice I would be refunded. Will have to wait and see

Hi Guys I ordered from online menu Patia and Green Herb. I was called and substituted to Dansak and Saag Chicken. Both were very good and hit the spot. Didn’t taste like a “JohnLewis/Sainsbury’s” which I have had in restaurants. Only reason for not 5 star but salty and oily otherwise, very tasty, lovely sauce and just what I hoped and remembered from 20 years ago. Thanks. Neil Wilson

As a regular customer I found everything was fine bar the .50p “service charge “. This is a new thing that makes no sense to me for a take away! Just a price increase under another name !

The food was really disappointing, we ordered a variety of dishes but none seemed freshly prepared or distinguishable.

My food took 45 minutes to be ready for collection instead of the 20 minutes stated snd when we did get it the chicken was raw inside. Do not recommend.
